At Lunos, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, all purchases are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or qualify under our first-order Money-Back Guarantee.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (U.S. Customers)
We offer a one-time refund on your first purchase of GROW if you are not satisfied with your experience. This applies to one bottle per household only.
To be eligible:
Your request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
To initiate a refund, contact us at support@lunosnu.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are not available for additional bottles, subscriptions, or repeat purchases.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lunosnu.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation and do our best to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, product experience, or change of mind.
We also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or international orders outside of the European Union.
Refunds are limited to one bottle per household and are not available for repeat purchases.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
